Decorated Gourd Art

A lovely red over gold apple gourd, metal leaf and wire, wrapped stem with red bead on the end.

This is a medium sized eggplant-shaped gourd.  It is deep green with a hint of yellow.

"The Big Kahuna" is a very large pear gourd. The color is a rich golden brown with red. Black spots are visible.  A very handsome piece!  The size is 9 by 19 inches.

"The Black Pearl" is another of the pear shaped gourds.  It is black with an iridescent finish. The copper wire trim has three blue beads attached.  It stand about ten inches tall with the wire.
