Overview
Illinois is the only state image in this series that has the counties colored in different colors, like a patchwork quilt, and like the plowed fields as seen from an airplane. The beautiful white Oak dominates the center, the details of oak leaves and flowers are at the lower left and right. A smooth agate slice accents the lower left. The 72 name of God here is hey, resh, yud; Foresight or Long Range Vision. This one is a personal reference, since Chicago was the first trip for art shows outside of my home state of Ohio.
